Cecilia hadn't really spent much time on a beach. Her mother was terrified of water so kept CC away from pools and most types of liquid. Cecilia had never learned how to swim, and had never been in water farther then knee deep. However the few times she had been on a beach she wasn't the biggest fan. For one, it was sandy as hell. Cecilia hated sand. It got stuck between your toes, and made your teeth all gritty and disgusting. Secondly, it smells like seaweed. And lastly, it's always so crowded. Cecilia pretty much avoided the beach more then anything. However, she was on a walk to get out of the bus for awhile. It had been pretty crazy that night before and she wanted to get out before her bandmates woke up extra grumpy from hangovers. It was pretty early, so it wasn't that hot yet, and the sun was just peaking over the water.
Her walk was pretty nice at first. She had run out of the bus pretty much the second her eyes opened, she hadn't even really changed. She was still wearing the rather short black shorts and purple tanktop that she sleeps in. Her hair was sort of still holding the purposely messy looking style she went for, but had fallen a little flat. Her makeup, which she had mostly washed off, was a little smudgy around her eyes. Walking down the New York City streets in this, made her look kind of like a drugged out stripper, walking home from a late night. Cecilia however wasn’t the worst looking thing on the street. The streets at six am were full of business men, and passed out parties from last night. She had stepped over at least three lumps of passed out bodies since leaving the bus. Her walk eventually leaded her to the beach. It seemed to be the only abandoned place in the City this morning, so it look appealing at the time.
However, now being on the beach, and having her shoes in her hand, and her feet caked in sand, Cecilia was now thinking differently. She was walking down the beach on the part where the water has made the sand, well less sandy. After a few minutes the sun was up enough and it was starting to get hot. Cecilia was getting pretty tired of walking and just decided to sit down on the sand. Again, not a good idea. It took about three seconds for a wave to come up and soak her from the waist down. Cecilia was pretty, not smart. So, now wet and scared to go home Cecilia just decided to build a sand castle. That’s what kids do at the beach right? How does one go about building sand castle? Cecilia just started piling up the sand by her feet. It was kind of pointless because the constant waves kept taking away her attempt at a decent castle.

Cecilla has her own thing going on most of the time. She does cuts her own hair in the way she likes it, and spent hours in her room as a preteen perfecting how she wants her make up. Cecilia likes to mostly do eye make up and ignore the rest of her face. She likes her hair to look messy and long, she almost never wears it up. Her clothes show exactly how she is feeling that day. If she's feeling relaxed she wears jeans and tshirts, however there are those days that Cecilia just wants to stand out. In which case you never know what she's going to throw together. Cecilia likes to wear bright colors. However she has a very moderate sense of fashion. she doesn't like to show off, or wear overly skimpy clothes, unless she's drunk of course.

Secrets: she's been to rehab, she's scared of butterflies.
Goals: to write a book, to travel the world.
Personality: Cecilia has always been a little different. She has always been shy, since she was a kid, and has always hated crowds. Cecilia is pretty sheltered and in a lot of ways is pretty innocent. She doesn’t like to open up to too many people mostly because she has always been closed off. Cecilia has always been the girl in the corner of pre-school, eating glue and talking to herself. People have always called her an oddball mostly because she’s so unsocial. She doesn’t talk much unless she’s spoken too. Cecilia isn’t exactly sure who she is. She’s very unsure, but she’s young right? She’s always had really low confidence so she was always changing herself for people she was close too. Cecilia changed a lot too, which makes people call her fake a lot. But Cecilia just kind of goes with whatever is happening around her. If she’s around people who are loud, she’s loud. If she’s around people who are quite, she’s quite.
Cecilia has a problem with irrational fears. Things like heights and bugs are pretty much terrifying to her. Most of her life is spent avoiding things like water, and anything hot. She’s a total scaredy cat. She’s pretty wary of new places and new people. She absolutely hates being the center of attention. However, Cecilia can also be a bit of a wildchild. Her shy ways don’t last long when she gets a little tipsy. Cecilia has no problem talking to anyone when she’s drunk. She even always takes a few shots before public speaking.

Father: Bo Simon, 56, unemployed
Siblings: None
Other Important People: None
History: Cecilia was born and raised in Buffalo New York, one of the bigger cities upstate. Her parents had married late so they only had one kid so she was a pretty lonely kid. Cecilia had a very normal childhood, her dad owned a very successful plant nursery, and her mom taught a first grade class. Cecilia’s family always had money. But her childhood wasn’t exactly easy. Cecilia has struggled with a lot of anxiety issues and panic attacks since she was five. It caused a lot of irrational fears for her. She never would leave her mother’s side, and would start crying and shaking when she had to walk upstairs alone.
This lasted for a pretty long time until eventually just leaving the house for school was reason for a full panic attack for her. At ten her mom put her on home schooling, and Cecilia’s life quickly became unbearably dull. This was when Cecilia started going to behavior therapy, and taking more pills than a cancer patient to deal with her anxiety. Things got better after awhile but Cecilia stayed homeschooled. This made her very antisocial with kids her own age, and very shy. Cecilia had always been a little insecure but when she got to be about twelve, talking to other kids was absolute hell for her. At this point Cecilia started smoking weed from her cousins to help her deal with anxiety.
By the time she was thirteen she was smoking everyday and that only got worse when her parents got a divorce. Cecilia’s dad lost his job and her mother couldn’t stand losing money so she divorced him and cut off most contact. Cecilia hasn’t spoken to her dad since then, but gets a Christmas card every year. By the time she turned fourteen she started to get unbearably lonely and turned to abusing her anxiety medicine. It all happened pretty fast. one week she was smoking week and taking a few extra pills, so weeks later she was doing coke and popping pills like candy. Her mother knew, and did her best but she couldn't keep Cecilia under control and within a year Cecilia was in the hospital twice a month from pill overdoses. Her mother gave up and sent her to rehab.
