Now for the real stuff: I know that word limits can be a hassle, so for you, we're starting off easy. You must have at least 150 words in each reply. Its not a punishment, think of it as a challenge! That word limit keeps it acceptingly long and also keeps us admins 'happy campers.' ( ;
To make it even easier for you--because we love you!--a word counter has been added to both Quick Reply, Modify, and New Thread. YW. (=
Keep in mind that the word-count can and most definitely will increase over time. Until then, stay relevant, Escape.

New Word count. 200 words MIN. If you go just under, it's fine. It sucks to always be just a bit under and there's no use in messing up your wonderful reply just to meet our standards. It would just be appreciated if you get within ten or so words of 200. For your convenience, we've added a word count to the side bar. So enjoy that and enjoy the rest of our awesome site!
